The Spring Equinox is a time of equal light and dark, as the Earth comes alive again. We may find ourselves with increased energy, feeling inspired and ready for new things to come into our life. Take time to focus your energy, if you don't, you may feel pulled apart in too many directions and you can feel overwhelmed. Take time to play outside, be with your children and enjoy their curiosity about life. Plant seeds together representing hope, new ideas, and wishes for the coming months. |
